Why telling a teenager to use their phone less has never worked, and what to do instead. Two hours, and they leave with one decision in their own handwriting.

How workshops differ from coaching
A workshop starts something. Coaching carries it.
A workshop is one session on one idea, in a small group. It is the cheapest way to find out whether this way of working lands with your teenager — and for some, one session is genuinely enough to shift something.
Coaching is the longer version: regular sessions, your own sessions alongside, and practice between them. Most families who start with a workshop and want more move to that.
Neither needs the other. Either is a reasonable place to begin.
Not sure which fits?
Tell me what is going on and I will say honestly which one I would suggest, or whether neither is right.
